Judy O’Babatunde

Judy O’Babatunde is the events coordinator of the Education Writers Association. She interfaces with vendors, members, speakers, and staff to help plan and execute EWA events. As an events enthusiast with a personal penchant for launching creative ideas, Judy has experience in project management and coordination, as well as marketing coordination and design. Prior to her current role, she contracted with the American Association for the Advancement of Science as the marketing and events coordinator for the Science Family of Journals publishing department. Her active interests include entrepreneurship and startups, exploring the wealth of scenery and activity in Washington, D.C., and organizing social events with a young professional organization in which she is active.
