Stephanie Germeraad

For more than 20 years, Stephanie has worked at the intersection of policy, advocacy and communications — supporting regional and national efforts to ensure public education serves all students well, pre-kindergarten through college.

She led communications and strategy at organizations like the U.S. Department of Education, The Education Trust, The Broad Center, Milken Family Foundation and XQ Institute.

Now, as an independent consultant, Stephanie provides strategic counsel and support to a broad range of clients engaged in public policy and social-impact efforts, maintaining a strong focus on those helping K-12 public education live up to its promise for all young people.
