If you are NOT a journalist member who has applied for or been approved for a scholarship that includes hotel coverage, a hotel reservation link will be provided on this page. Once this link is posted, we encourage you to book your hotel stay as soon as possible.

Sessions

Unless noted in the agenda, all National Seminar sessions will be held at the Hilton Atlanta.

Registration will open on June 1, 2023 at 6 p.m. Eastern. Tentatively, regular sessions will run from June 2 to June 4, 2023. Sessions are scheduled to run from 9 a.m. Eastern on June 2, 2023 to 2 p.m. Eastern on June 4, 2023.

Travel to Atlanta

Airport: The Atlanta metropolitan area is primarily served by the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). EWA will not provide dedicated shuttle transportation between the airport and hotel. See the FAQs for more information on public mass transit.

Train: The Amtrak code for the Atlanta Amtrak station (“Peachtree Station”) is ATL.

Bus: Feel free to explore bus companies like Megabus, Greyhound, and others for journeys between your city and Atlanta.

We encourage out-of-town attendees to utilize local mass transit to travel to the hotel. See the FAQs for more information.

Scholarships do not include ground transportation, unless otherwise noted.
